Odessa
A man (Al Thompson) and his young daughter (Skai Jackson, Disney Channel’s “Jessie”) are on the run from the clandestine shadow agency that bestowed him with psychokinetic abilities. They must avoid the agency at all costs or be hunted down and used as living weapons.
